User Privacy Policy

PF Live User Agreement

This Agreement is a service agreement between you (“User”) and PF Live. By using PF Live services, you fully accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the services.

1. Service Content
PF Live provides services including its website, client applications (for PC, mobile phones, tablets, etc.), personal center, virtual currency, cloud storage space, and value-added services. All services are intended for lawful use solely within the PF Live platform and may not be used separately through unauthorized means such as cracking, third-party plugins, or other illegal methods.

2. Account Registration and Security

Certain features require account registration, and you must ensure that all provided information is true, accurate, and up to date;
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and liable for all activities conducted under your account;
You may not impersonate others, post illegal or infringing content, or maliciously exploit system vulnerabilities;
PF Live reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts that violate these provisions.

3. User Content Guidelines

Content you upload (including text, audio, video, images, etc.) must be either your original work or used with proper legal authorization;
PF Live has the right to display, distribute, promote, and synchronize your published content across its affiliated products and platforms;
You bear full legal responsibility for all content you publish and must not disseminate any information that violates applicable laws and regulations;
Generating unmarked synthetic or fake audiovisual content using deepfake, virtual reality, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.

4. Virtual Currency Rules

Virtual currency is provided by the platform free of charge, is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cashable, and no invoices will be issued;
It is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use. Buying, selling, pledging, or acquiring virtual currency through unofficial channels is forbidden;
PF Live reserves the right to adjust virtual currency rules or reclaim virtual assets obtained through abnormal or unauthorized means, based on operational requirements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights—including but not limited to software, technology, trademarks, interface designs, and original content—belong exclusively to PF Live;
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, or use PF Live’s materials for derivative development;
The “PF Live” brand, logo, or name may not be used for promotion, endorsement, or partnership declarations without prior written authorization.

6. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or full compatibility;
PF Live shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other damages caused by network failures, cyberattacks, force majeure, or similar events beyond its reasonable control;
Users assume full responsibility for losses resulting from inadequate account security, such as unauthorized access, account theft, or information leakage.

7. Service Modification and Termination

PF Live may suspend, discontinue, or transfer any service due to business adjustments or operational needs;
In the event of a material breach by the user, PF Live reserves the right to immediately terminate the service and delete associated data;
Upon account deletion or deactivation, all user data will be permanently erased or anonymized and cannot be recovered.

8. Provisions for Minors

Minors should use the services only under the supervision and guidance of a parent or legal guardian;
Minors are discouraged from making any in-app purchases or transactions. Any such activity requires explicit prior consent from a legal guardian.

9. Privacy Protection

We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the PF Live Privacy Policy;
Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the Privacy Policy, including any future updates.

10. Agreement Amendments
PF Live reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement in response to changes in laws, policies, or technology. Users will be notified of material changes via announcements, in-app messages, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
